We’re very proud to announce that ‘The Snowy Day,’ a 38 minute Christmas Special that we produced here at Karrot, has launched on Amazon Prime in time for the holidays! For most of this year, Karrot’s commercial team have been hard at work on the special for Amazon Studios, based on the book The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats.
Karrot have been working closely with the Ezra Jack Keats foundation and Amazon to bring this 38 minute story about young Peter’s magical walk in the snow to life.
Narrated by Laurence Fishburne (Black-ish, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and The Matrix) and featuring voice talent by Regina King (American Crime and The Leftovers),Jamie-Lynn Sigler (The Sopranos), and Angela Bassett (American Horror Story and BoJack Horseman), The Snowy Day also features an original song “Snowy Day” by Boyz II Men.
